As an amazing gesture, Mark Seidel and his staff at North American Central Scouting (NACS) have once again provided our little corner of the internet with the opportunity to release their Top 200 Players in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
Mark is the Chief Scout for North American NHL Central Scouting, Director of Player Evaluation and Recruitment for the Niagara Ice Dogs and was a NHL Scout for the Minnesota Wild.
This Top 200 is compiled by NACS and shared with teams around the NHL. Included in the information package provided to those teams are Player Comparisons, Scouting Notes, and Category Rankings.
It goes without saying that the hours that go into not only scouting these players but also compiling this list is a major undertaking and commitment by the entire staff at NACS. For us to be able to share this information here at Leafs Hub, is incredible and we truly appreciate the opportunity.
Since most people reading this are Leafs fans, keep in mind that the Leafs picks are as follows: 25, 52, 83, 118, 149, 209 and finally at 211.
These picks are obviously based on no trade movement, which invariably take place all around the NHL during the Entry Draft.
