It is the Annual Father and Son trip for the Toronto Maple Leafs players and their parents (or significant influences), the people who made the NHL dream possible.
The Maple Leafs put on a STELLAR performance last night in front of the assembled VIPs at the Air Canada Centre by putting a beatdown on the visiting New York Islanders.
The Final score was 5-0 and the Leafs dominated each facet of the game.
Can the Maple Leafs continue this excellent string of hockey? This mini-run started just before the All-Star break and the Leafs have now won THREE straight games, and are progressively looking better in each contest.
The visiting team will start Curtis McElhinney between the pipes this evening.
McElhinney in goal for #Leafs. 1-1-1 vs Rangers in his career, .894, 3.65. Lone lineup change tonight.

I believe the Leafs will look to put on another show for their fathers. I will take them by a 3-2 score in the Big Apple.
Who you got?
